What makes us a quality host?

Basically, that we care and we want to give a differentiated service via quality. If you think about it, this is the basis of it all, the will of owners of one company to differentiate themselves from competition via quality service or via cost. We did choose, long ago to be a quality host. At a competitive price, of course, but still we keep quality up.

We do backups. Daily, weekly and monthly copies. This is an increased cost that many reduce, because it is seen only when having problems. But still we keep all the backups running. This implies more powerful servers? Yes.

We keep our number of users low. There is no way that a quality host can have servers with 1000+ accounts on them and still keep quality up. It is likely that you won't notice at day one, because servers usually do hold a lot, but when 2 or 3 sites get spidered that server will run on overload and be extremely slow or even die and need a reboot. We keep between 150 to 250 websites even if we use Quad Core servers. Our load is usually between 0.5 to 1.0 max.

Quality means service as well. we have a 24/h live chat for you. Maybe not a 2nd and 3rd tier is always there but for critical things it will ensure that your site is always up.

Quality does mean good service. So in addition to our 'presence team' that can get you sorted out on easy things, on the back we have a 2nd layer always with phones open and that can connect on emergencies. And a 3rd layer with more than 20y of experience EACH (not accumulated between the team :) )
